From the moment Matthew Anderson picked up a paintbrush as an apprentice, he knew quality craftsmanship mattered.
After winning a CITB SkillBuild competition, earning an NVQ Level 3 in Painting & Decorating and completing a foundation degree in construction, he honed his plastering skills working for property developers.
